Telephone counselling
Some people feel they are more focused during telephone counselling and is ideal for people who are not able to reach my office for various reasons.
Face to Face counselling
Face to Face counselling has been shown to be the most effective form of counselling. This type of counselling is provided from my office in Thetford, Norfolk.
