What I offer
I feel that we all have the right to be heard and to have our feelings acknowledged. I will offer you a safe, confidential space to express yourself, without judgement.
You can use this space to reflect on what is going on for you, at your own pace. I will support you and work with you in finding your answer.
Reflection and exploration provides you with an opportunity to gain some insight and understanding, which can enable you to move forwards in life.
Counsellors have various ways of working, my approach understands the importance of the therapeutic relationship, that being, the professional relationship between you and I. In order to feel comfortable expressing yourself, it is important that you feel I am the right therapist for you.
Whether it’s anxiety, panic attacks, depression, childhood trauma, or perhaps something else, it can sometimes feel difficult to take the first step. If you have not had therapy before it can appear daunting. I will do my best to reassure you about the process and answer any concerns you may have.
If you still feel unsure about whether you would like to work together do get in touch for a free 20 minute consultation call which will give you the opportunity to gauge your feelings.
